Welcome to OmniFunds, operated by Intelligent Fund Management, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using our website (www.omnifunds2.com) and subscribing to our automated trading platform and related services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Software and Services
OmniFunds is an online algorithmic trading platform that applies proprietary “Selective Switching” technology to user-directed brokerage accounts. Brokerage services are provided to clients of Intelligent Fund Management, LLC by Gar Wood Securities, an SEC registered broker-dealer and member FINRA/SIPC. OmniFunds is not an Investment Advisor, Robo Advisor, Hedge Fund, or Broker.
3. Licensing and Usage
Access to the OmniFunds platform is provided through a subscription license. Users are prohibited from reverse engineering, modifying, redistributing, or using the platform for commercial purposes without prior written authorization from Intelligent Fund Management, LLC. Unauthorized use may result in termination of the license and legal action.
4. Payment and Refund Policy
Subscriptions: All OmniFunds subscription fees, including Auto-Trade fees, data services, and educational content, are non-refundable. Subscriptions are contract-free and may be cancelled at any time to prevent future billing. No prorated refunds are issued for the current or prior billing periods.
Educational material (recorded courses, downloadable training, and similar content) is non-refundable once delivered. To request a refund, contact support@omnifunds2.com or call 1.800.880.0338.
5. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. Users must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use or other security breach. You are 100% in control of your brokerage account at all times and are responsible for reviewing trade recommendations before they are executed.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, algorithms, content, and materials provided by Intelligent Fund Management, LLC, including the OmniFunds platform and all related Selective Switching technology, are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not sell, distribute, or provide these materials elsewhere without our express written permission.
8. SMS Communication
By opting into our SMS service for OmniFunds, you agree to receive appointment reminders, onboarding updates, and confirmation texts from our main business phone number. These messages help you communicate with our team about scheduled appointments and resources you requested.
You may cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to the number provided. After we send a confirmation reply, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again using the same process. Text “HELP” for assistance, or contact us at support@omnifunds2.com or 1.800.880.0338.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency is periodic and based on your interactions with our business.
9. Investment Risk Disclosure
Investments are: Not FDIC Insured · No Bank Guarantee · May Lose Value. Investing in securities involves risk, and there is always the potential of losing money. Past performance does not guarantee future results, and the likelihood of investment outcomes is hypothetical in nature. All trades on the OmniFunds platform prior to March 2024 were simulated. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer, solicitation of an offer, or advice to buy or sell securities in jurisdictions where OmniFunds is not registered.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with the arbitration taking place in Travis County, Texas. The laws of the State of Texas shall govern these Terms and Conditions.
11. Limitations of Liability
Intelligent Fund Management, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the OmniFunds platform or related services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the applicable subscription.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any user’s access to our platform and services at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe the user is violating these Terms and Conditions or any applicable law.
13. Miscellaneous
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Intelligent Fund Management, LLC regarding the use of the OmniFunds platform and related services. Intelligent Fund Management reserves the right to change pricing and policies at any time. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
