OmniFunds PREMIER
We recruit our best Scientists and Analysts to create the most robust OmniFunds possible.
Each Premium OmniFund uses special algorithms to select stocks to switch into, such as Relative Growth and Performance since Earnings.
In order to reduce risk as much as possible, these OmniFunds also use Market States (algorithms that calculate market direction probability) to avoid draw downs during market declines.
Finally, they use additional risk controls, such as earnings report avoidance and allocation controls to further reduce the risks associated with market events.

OmniFunds AI
Nirvana Systems, Inc. has been a leading pioneer in AI for Traders since 1996. For 30 years, we have provided superior Signal Generation technology for the users of our desktop software, OmniTrader and VisualTrader.
The OmniFunds AI Level features OmniFunds that have been developed with, or directly use, AI in Signal Generation. We primarily use Nirvana’s Genetic Algorithm because of it’s ability to find profitable patterns.
Model 2 is an AI Level OmniFund that has shown impressive results since Release (measured on 8/10/26).

Your Account
OmniFunds can trade your account through our Partner Broker. Monthly Technology Fee is $0 to $499 depending on the amount of capital being traded per account. (see Schedule, right)
Why Our Partner Broker?
Our partner broker is one of the largest brokers in the world by trading volume, and charges a base commission of $.005 per share ($1 minimum and 1% maximum per trade).
Other large brokers don't charge commissions, but they DO offer Payment for Order Flow ("PFOF") to market makers, a cost which is added to each trade.
Research has shown that for more frequent trading, our partner broker's fee structure is much cheaper than nearly all mainstream brokers who offer Payment for Order Flow.
Technology Fees
Technology Fees cover all aspects of our operation that keep OmniFunds running smoothly, including development and support staff, platform upgrades, data costs, as well as server and maintenance costs.
Technology fees are based on the amount of capital traded
per account, not the amount of equity in the account.
Technology Fee Schedule:
- Tier 0: $0/month if the account is not being traded.
- Tier 1: $99/month trading up to $100,000
- Tier 2: $199/month trading up to $250,000
- Tier 3: $299/month trading up to $500,000
- Tier 4: $499/month trading up to $1,000,000
If you are an existing OmniFunds user and want to trade amounts above $1,000,000 call 1-800-880-0338 for additional costs at the higher traded capital levels.
When and how do I pay my Technology Fees?
Can they be deducted from my trading account?
OmniFunds is not a Financial Advisor, Bank, or Brokerage. As such, we do not have access to your account. OmniFunds is an Algo-Trading service that can trade your account at your direction. You are always 100% in control of your account and can start/stop trading and add/withdraw funds at any time.
The Technology fee will be charged to your credit card and automatically adjust each month based on the amount of capital that is being traded in the account.

We Don't Charge

We don’t extract any fees out of your account. Our partner broker does charge commissions for executed orders, but with commissions as low as ½ cent per share, small accounts can be managed for as little as $10 a month (estimated).
Broker Commission Schedule
Valued OmniFunds clients enjoy a competitive and transparent commission structure tailored specifically for active traders. We believe in keeping your costs low so you can keep your focus where it belongs: on the market.
Equity Trade Commissions
Rate: $0.005 per share with a minimum of $1 per trade and a maximum of 1% of the trade's value.
Additional Brokerage-Related Fees: Applicable pass-through fees* > Note on Pass-Through Fees: These may include regulatory, exchange, and clearing fees. These are assessed separately by the exchange and vary depending on the specific details of your trade.
Technology Fee: We charge a monthly Technology Fee (see table above) to cover costs associated with offering the service. The Technology Fee is automatically paid monthly by debit or credit card.
