Can I choose more than one Fund at a time to trade in my account?

No. Only one OmniFund can be connected to your broker account at a time.

How do I connect OmniFunds to my broker account?

At the top of OmniFunds, click the My OmniFunds button. Choose your fund & other settings, then click “Connect” next to the Broker setting. You will then need to enter your GXTrader username & password along with your broker account number.

Garwood said my account is funded, but I don’t know my GXTrader login credentials.

After your Garwood account is funded and ready to trade, you will receive an email from Garwood Securities with the subject line “Password Initialization.” There will be a link in this email which will prompt you to create a GXTrader password. Once the password is created, wait 5 minutes and then you will be able to connect to your Gar Wood account.

How can I change the OmniFund I’m currently trading?

At the top of OmniFunds, click the My OmniFunds button. Click the “Change” button next to your Current OmniFund. This will take you to the Explore page. Select the OmniFund you want, then click the SAVE button below the equity graph. This will save the new fund to your My OmniFund page. OmniFunds will automatically close or adjust your previous open positions at the open of the next market day.

How do I turn off Auto Trading in my account?

Log-in and go to your MY OMNIFUNDS page. Click the CHANGE button next to the “Capital under management *:” setting. Change the setting to 0%. This will notify OmniFunds that you don’t want any of your funds to be traded. OmniFunds will automatically close your open positions at the open of the next market day.

Please Note: Disconnecting your account from OmniFunds before your trades are closed will leave open positions in your account and they will no longer be managed. You will have to close them manually directly through the broker.

When will OmniFunds enter trades?

OmniFunds will place new opening and closing orders with the broker at the open of the next market day.

What happens if I disconnect my account while it’s auto trading?

Disconnecting your account from OmniVest before your trades are closed will leave open positions in your account and they will no longer be managed. You will have to close them manually directly through the broker.

Does it matter what time of day I connect my account?

OmniFunds will place new open orders or close orders with the broker at the open of the next market day after the OmniFund has been connected to the broker. Please avoid connecting or making any changes to OmniFunds within 1 hour of the open.

Does it matter what time of day I make changes to the My OmniFunds settings?

Yes, please avoid making changes to OmniFunds within the hour before the market opens.

When my account Grows, will my Auto-trade subscription level change?

No. You will need to decide if you want to subscribe to a higher level subscription which will allow you to AutoTrade the additional equity that has accumulated or has been added to your broker account.

What is the Capital under Management setting used for?

Capital Under Management is used to set the percentage of equity in the account to be allocated to OmniFunds.

Example – Setting Capital Under Management to 50% of a $100,000 account, will allow OmniFunds to allocate $50,000 to trades. The rest of the account will remain in cash.

What does the “Order Type to use After Market open setting” mean?

OmniFunds will apply Market on Open orders in most situations. However, a Market on Open order may sometimes be rejected or OmniFunds may need to synch positions. You may have OmniFunds fix these situations using Limit Orders or Market Orders. For Limit Orders, the limit price applied will be set to the open price of the day that the initial order was issued for.

If I deposit more Funds into my Garwood account, will OmniFunds see the funds automatically?

Yes, however, expect to wait until the following business day after the deposit to see the funds under Equity Currently in Account on the OmniFunds page.

Can I trade more than 1 OmniFund?

OmniFunds is designed to trade 1 account per login, however, your OmniFunds 2 license allows up to 3 logins.
*Each login will require its own AutoTrade subscription.
*You must contact Nirvana customer to request additional logins.
*AutoTrade subscriptions for additional logins must be ordered for you by Nirvana Customer Service.

I already have multiple OmniFund’s logins, how do I set up AutoTrade for my additional accounts?

How do I close all my OmniFunds positions?

If your account is connected to OmniFunds and has open positions, you can close them at any time. Log-in and go to your MY OMNIFUNDS page. Click the CHANGE button next to the “Capital under management *:” setting. Change the setting to 0%. All trades will be closed at the open of the following market day.

How do I manually trade in OmniFunds.

How do I know what AutoTrade level to choose?

All OmniFunds are based on starting with a $25,000 account.

You can calculate the subscription you need as follows:
Account size / starting base for the OmniFund (this will typically be $25K) x 100

Examples:

A $25,000 account would require the Level 1 autotrade subscription to be fully invested.
Calculation (25000 / 25000)100 = 100%

A $75,000 account would require the Level 3 autotrade subscription to be fully invested.
Calculation (75000 / 25000)100 = 200%

A $500,000 account would require the Level 5 autotrade subscription to be fully invested.
Calculation (500000 / 25000)100 = 800%

A $1,000,000 account would require the level 7 autotrade subscription to be fully invested.
Calculation (1000000 / 25000)100 = 1200%
